Travel pillows are lifesavers during long journeys — but only when you use them correctly.

Position It Correctly:
Most people wear travel pillows the wrong way. Instead of keeping the opening at the front, try turning it around so the thick, padded part supports your chin. This prevents your head from falling forward when you sleep. The sides of the pillow should gently cradle your neck and head.

Support Your Posture:
Sit comfortably with your back straight and your seat slightly reclined. Rest your head on the side or back of the pillow — whichever feels more natural. Avoid slouching forward, as it can strain your shoulders and neck.

Add Extra Comfort:
Combine your pillow with an eye mask and noise-cancelling headphones for a peaceful nap. Wearing a hoodie or scarf can also give extra head and neck support.

After Use:
Most travel pillows have removable covers — wash them regularly to keep them fresh and hygienic. When not in use, attach it to your bag using the snap button or store it in a travel pouch to save space.
